As a Thurston County native, Jamie Olsen brings a lifetime of local knowledge and a genuine connection to the communities she serves throughout Western Washington. She lives in Thurston County with her husband, Kevin, their French Bulldogs, and Siamese cat, and is proud to call the Pacific Northwest home.

Jamie believes successful real estate is about much more than buying or selling a property—it’s about understanding her clients’ goals, protecting their interests, and creating a strategy that gets them where they want to go. Her ability to bring people together, negotiate effectively, and structure solutions is at the heart of her business.

With a professional background spanning real estate, title and escrow, property management, sales, marketing, construction-related industries, and corporate leadership, Jamie brings a unique perspective to every transaction. She began her real estate career on the title and escrow side of the industry, where she became a top-producing sales representative and developed an in-depth understanding of what happens behind the scenes from contract to closing. That experience allows her to anticipate challenges, communicate effectively with all parties, and educate her clients throughout every step of the process.

Today, Jamie represents buyers and sellers throughout Western Washington with eXp Realty and has expanded her expertise into new construction, working onsite as a Soundbuilt Homes Buyers Agent. Whether helping a first-time buyer, navigating a contingent sale, marketing a unique property, purchasing new construction, or coordinating a more complex transaction, Jamie approaches each client with the same level of attention, communication, and commitment.
